- Ansprechpartner bei Unfällen und Versicherungsabwicklungen / Reparaturabwicklungen
- Fahrzeug Ersatzbeschaffungen
- Führerscheinkontrollen
- Dienstwagenverordnungen und weitere Vorschriften
- Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung
- Fahrzeugbeschaffung (Einkauf) und Verkauf
- Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten
Your Profile
- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement
- Automobilkauffrau/-mann (m/w/d)
- KFZ-Mechanikerin/-er (m/m/d) mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung z.B. IHK
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen im Fuhrparkmanagement
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und auch Genauigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Freundliche Wesensart / Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Programmen (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- gültiger Führerschein Klasse B
