Your Tasks
- Reklamationen, welche schon kundenseitig abgeschlossen sind, sind Deine tägliche Herausforderung.
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Reklamationsbearbeitung mit unseren Produktionspartnern.
- Reklamationen werden von Dir fachlich und sachlich bewertet und Du strebst eine optimale Lösung im Sinne des Auftraggebers der Reklamation an.
- Dies setzt Du in einer modernen IT-Umgebung, größtenteils per Chatverkehr, um.
Your Profile
- Als Teamplayer fühlst Du Dich in unserem eingespielten Team wohl.
- Logisches Denken und Handeln ist selbstverständlich für Dich.
- In der Kommunikation bist Du feinfühlig, wenn möglich und durchsetzungsstark, wenn nötig.
- Grundlegenden EDV-Kenntnisse bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
