Für den Aufbau einer designorientierten Creator-Plattform (Instagram-Fokus) suchen wir Dich als Corporate Creator (w/m/d)Im Umfeld von WIRmachenDRUCK entwickeln wir eine neue, designzentrierte Print-on-Demand-Plattform für Content Creator aus den kreativenBereichen Kunst, Fotografie und Gestaltung.Design steht bei uns im Mittelpunkt. Produkte begreifen wir als Bühne für kreative Inhalte. Unser Anspruch ist es, eine Plattform zu schaffen, dieKooperation fördert, Community aktiv entwickelt und soziales Interesse stärkt.

Your Tasks

  • Konzeption, Produktion und Veröffentlichung plattformgerechter Inhalte mit Fokus auf Designprozesse, Creator-Portraits, Plattform-Transparenz, Community-Dialog und Präsentation sozialer Unternehmungen. 

  • Aktives Community-Management (z.B. Ansprache neuer Follower, Interaktion im Kommentarbereich, Moderation von Community-Inhalten) 

  • POI-Events begleiten und für Social Media aufbereiten (z.B. Comic- oder Kunstmessen)  

  • Zusammenarbeit mit zwei WerkstudentInnen / PraktikantInnen. 

  • Kooperation mit dem Design Team für die Aufbereitung von Inhalten 

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Management, Creative Director und Product Owner 

    • Analyse und Weiterentwicklung relevanter KPIs, mit Fokus auf Interaktionstiefe, Communitywachstum und Markenentwicklung  

    • Regelmäßige Redaktionsplanung im definierten strategischen Rahmen

Your Profile

  • Verständnis für kreative Prozesse: Du kennst die Perspektive von KünstlerInnen oder Content CreatorInnen, idealerweise aus eigener Erfahrung. 

  • Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Storytelling: Du formulierst verständlich, strukturiert und mit Haltung – ohne unnötige Polarisierung. 

  • Sicherheit in der Content-Produktion: Erstellung von Text, Bild und Video sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Instagram-Mechaniken. 

  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Fähigkeit, kreative Perspektiven und unternehmerische Ziele zu verbinden und proaktiv zu handeln. 

  • Fachkenntnisse: Druckbranche oder im Bereich Print-on-Demand sind von Vorteil (z. B. Produktionsprozesse, Produktlogik, Materialverständnis). 

  • Erfahrung: Im Bereich Social Media Management oder Community-Aufbau sind von Vorteil.
